Let me express my profound respect for the courageous and fearless defenders of Motherland and its national interests at sea. Ukrainian military sailors are brought up in a glorious tradition of their predecessors, and they duly fulfill their patriotic duty, set an example of serving the Motherland.
For the period of development of Ukrainian navy, the Naval Forces have become a full-fledged unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, capable of securing inviolability of Ukrainian State and its boundaries.
I sincerely wish you inspiration and success in the difficult naval service, harmony and welfare to your families, sound health, firm belief in the future prosperity of our Ukraine.
